About this opportunity
The WISE EdTech Accelerator, run by the World Innovation Summit for Education, an initiative of Qatar Foundation, supports early-stage education technology businesses for a year. Founders get one-to-one coaching, mentorship, business development support in areas such as sales, fundraising and product strategy, and introductions to investors and education specialists. There are two tracks: a Local Track for startups that want to enter the Qatari education market, and an International Track for startups growing globally. Only four to six startups are chosen, and WISE reports an acceptance rate of about 5%. The programme runs from January to December 2027. Startups from Africa can apply, but nonprofits and NGOs are not eligible. No application fee is stated on the call.
