About this opportunity
ProMoat Capital, an investment firm focused on small and medium businesses in Nigeria, is giving two grants in January 2027: ₦1,000,000 to one business and ₦500,000 to another. The money is not a loan and ProMoat takes no share of your company. It can be spent on anything that grows the business, such as stock, equipment, tools, marketing or staff. Every application is read by ProMoat's investment team, and some applicants may later be invited to discuss investment, which is always optional and separate from the grant. The form takes two to five minutes and does not need a pitch deck or business plan. Shortlisted businesses are called in December for a first interview, finalists have a longer interview in early January, and both grants are paid out by the end of January 2027. Applicants create a free account on ProMoat's small business app to follow their application.
